About Caliber Rehab and Performance
Athletes Taking Care of Athletes
Caliber Rehab and Performance is a cash-based sports PT clinic in Georgetown, TX, built with athletes in mind. Every clinician holds a DPT and trains at a high level.

Figure It Out. Calm It Down. Build It Back Up.
We start by figuring out the root cause, not just the spot that hurts. From there, we calm it down fast using hands-on therapy and exercise. Then we build back, so the same issue is less likely to keep coming back.
The Non-Negotiables at Caliber Rehab and Performance
These are the decisions we made when we built Caliber, and the commitments we hold to every session. They shape who we take on, how we work, and how we treat the people in this room.
Built for Active People. By Design.
Every system here is built around the needs of active individuals. From runners and lifters to weekend warriors and busy professionals, your care is tailored to help you keep moving forward.
One-on-One Care, Every Single Session
You will never be handed off to a tech or aide. Every session runs with a licensed PT from start to finish.
A Real Plan, Not a Sheet of Exercises
You leave knowing what's wrong, why it happened, and what needs to change. No generic handout. An actual plan.
The Goal Is for You Not to Need Us
We measure success by how independently you can manage your body when we are done. Not by how often you need to come back.
Meet the Full Team at Caliber Rehab and Performance
All three clinicians hold DPTs and train hard themselves.

Dr. Glen Fontenelle
PT, DPT
I’m Dr. Glen Fontenelle, and I’m the founder and head physical therapist here at Caliber Rehab and Performance!
I was raised just outside of Houston, Texas, and earned my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor. For coming up on six years now, I’ve been working on everyone from your everyday weekend warrior to college athletes, pro athletes, and Olympians!
I don’t just preach from a textbook—I’m in the trenches with you. I live an active, occasionally punishing lifestyle that includes weight lifting, running, combat sports, and tactical sports. I know exactly what you put your body through on a daily basis because, frankly, I’m out there doing it too.

Dr. Emily Jones
PT, DPT
I'm Dr. Emily Jones, a Georgetown native, former collegiate softball player, and Doctor of Physical Therapy passionate about helping others move and feel their best. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from The University of Texas at Tyler while competing as a collegiate athlete, and later received my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Baylor University.
As someone who continues to live an active lifestyle, I understand the importance of movement, recovery, and feeling your best. My goal is to help patients return to the activities they love with confidence through personalized, high-quality care.

Dr. Trace McClintock
PT, DPT
Trace McClintock is a Doctor of Physical Therapy with over 7 years of hands-on experience diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal conditions across outpatient, acute care, and inpatient settings. He spent years working with a high-volume caseload in outpatient and concierge-based physical therapy, sharpening his ability to get to the root of what's actually holding athletes back.
Whether you're a powerlifter, weightlifter, runner, or just someone who takes their training seriously, Trace knows you're not looking for someone to tell you to rest and ice it. His programming is evidence-backed, built around your goals, and designed to keep you moving — no cookie-cutter rehab, no "just stop lifting" advice. Because the best rehab is the kind that doesn't pull you away from the sport you love.
Train smarter, stay in the game, and get back to doing what you do best.
