What Athletes Are Saying About Caliber

Came from Round Rock. Stayed because it worked.

Dr Glen’s treatment helped heal a multi-year back injury and it’s feeling better than ever these days! My favorite treatment is his dry needling technique that’s accelerated healing in multiple strained muscle injuries from sports. Athletes will definitely benefit from his treatment. Highly recommend!

Frequently Asked Questions

Questions from Round Rock athletes about the drive, the remote option, and whether it is worth it.

Do I have to drive to Georgetown to be a patient?

Not necessarily. Our Remote Performance Programming is built for athletes who are 30 or more minutes out and have a minor issue or want structured training guidance without the commute. If you need hands-on care, the drive to Georgetown takes about 30 minutes and most athletes find it worth it.

When does the drive make sense versus going remote?

If you have a significant injury, something post-surgical, or an issue that has not responded to rest, in-person care is the better fit. If you have a minor nagging thing and want to keep training around it, remote programming is often the right size for the problem.

Do you work with runners and endurance athletes?

Yes, runners are a large part of who we see. Athletes come to us when they are dealing with things like recurring hip or knee issues, tightness that keeps interrupting training, or performance plateaus they cannot shake on their own. We keep the training load intact when we can.

What does Remote Performance Programming include?

Two to five structured workouts per week, 24/7 text and call access to your clinician, and video form reviews where you film your workouts and get direct feedback. It is built around your body and your training goals, not a generic template. Roughly half the monthly cost of in-person care.

How do I get started if I am not sure which option fits?

Start with a phone consult. It takes about 15 minutes and gives us enough to tell you whether in-person, remote, or no visit at all is the right next step. There is no pressure to commit before we know what you are dealing with.

Still have questions?

Still on the fence? A phone consult usually clears it up.
