Our Sports Physical Therapy Services in Georgetown, TX

Care That Keeps You Training

We work with athletes and active adults. Not everyone. Whether you need hands-on care for a nagging injury, structured programming from anywhere, or a tune-up to keep moving and performing your best, there's a lane built for how you train. Find yours below.

Questions Athletes Ask Us

Not sure which service fits, or whether cash-based PT makes sense for you? Here's what athletes ask us most.

What's the Difference Between Your Three Services?

Three ways to work with us. Physical Therapy is hands-on, in-person care for a current injury. Remote Performance Programming gives you structured training and form reviews from anywhere. Athlete Wellness is for when nothing's wrong, but you want to move and perform better. Not sure which one? Start with a phone consult and we'll point you there.

Do You Only Work With Athletes?

Mostly, yes. We're built for athletes and active adults, from runners and CrossFitters to tactical athletes and weekend warriors. That focus is the point. It means every plan is designed around training goals and getting back to your sport, not a one-size-fits-all routine. If you're not sure you fit, give us a call and we'll be straight with you.

Do You Take Insurance?

We're cash-based, so insurance isn't required. You can pay in full or in installments, and we accept HSA and FSA. We'll also provide superbills you can submit to your out-of-network benefits for possible reimbursement. Going cash-based is what lets us give you a full one-on-one session focused on your problem, not on billing codes.

I've Tried PT Before. Why Is This Different?

Fair. A lot of athletes come to us after a sheet of exercises and a crowded clinic that never really fixed it. We do it differently. Every session is one-on-one with a licensed PT, and we start by finding the root cause, not just chasing the symptom. Then we build a real plan so it's less likely to come back.

I'm Not Really Injured. Is This Still for Me?

Then Athlete Wellness is probably your lane. You don't need a real injury to work with us. Plenty of athletes come in because their squat feels off or their calves get tight on runs. We take you from zero to a hundred, not from negative-hundred to zero. Come in once or twice a month and keep building.
