Training Through a Minor Issue Without a Plan Is How It Becomes a Major One.
The 30-Minute Drive Isn't Worth It for Something Minor
If your issue isn't bad enough to justify driving to Georgetown, you don't have to. Remote programming gives you structure, accountability, and clinician access without the commute.
Generic Fitness Apps Don't Know Your Body
Apps don't know your injury history, your gait, or your training load. Remote Performance Programming is built around your body and your goals, not a generic week-by-week plan.
Pausing Your Training Makes a Small Problem Bigger
Stopping your training when something feels off doesn't automatically fix the problem. A structured plan lets you stay moving while we manage the issue the right way.
What's Included in Remote Performance Programming
This is not a fitness app. It's structured, clinician-built programming with the same depth of care as an in-person plan. Your workouts, your injury history, your goals. Built to match all of it.

Three Steps. A Real Plan. No Guessing.
Figure It Out
We start with a thorough evaluation to find the actual root cause of what's going on. Not just where it hurts, but why. That's the foundation everything else is built on.
Calm It Down
We reduce pain fast using manual therapy and hands-on rehab techniques. The goal is to get you back to training as quickly as possible without making things worse.
Build It Back Up
Once the pain is managed, we build resilience so the same issue doesn't keep coming back. Progressive loading, performance testing, and a plan you can take with you.

Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions about how Remote Performance Programming works, who it's for, and what to expect.
Is remote PT actually effective?
Yes, particularly for management, performance programming, and athletes with less severe issues. If your problem is big enough to need hands-on manual therapy, we'll tell you and transition you to in-person care. Remote is not a downgrade. It's the right fit for the right situation.
Do I need to have a current injury to sign up?
No. Remote Performance Programming is not injury-exclusive. Healthy athletes who want structured programming, accountability, and performance coaching are exactly who this service was built for. If you have a minor issue you want to manage alongside your training, that works too.
How do I get my workouts?
Workouts are delivered through the CoachRX app. You'll receive your programming, upload videos for form review, and communicate directly with your clinician throughout the week. The app makes it easy to stay on track while fitting your plan around your schedule.
How much does remote programming cost compared to in-person?
Remote Performance Programming is roughly half the monthly investment of in-person care. It's designed as an appropriately-sized solution for athletes with less severe needs or those who simply can't make the drive regularly. The value comes from consistency and clinician access, not the commute.
Can I transition from remote to in-person if I need to?
Yes. If your issue develops to the point where you need hands-on care, we'll make the transition seamless. Many established Caliber patients move between in-person and remote based on where they are in their training cycle or how they're feeling. We figure out what you need as it changes.
