Do I need to have a current injury to sign up?

No. Remote Performance Programming is not injury-exclusive. Healthy athletes who want structured programming, accountability, and performance coaching are exactly who this service was built for. If you have a minor issue you want to manage alongside your training, that works too.

How do I get my workouts?

Workouts are delivered through the CoachRX app. You'll receive your programming, upload videos for form review, and communicate directly with your clinician throughout the week. The app makes it easy to stay on track while fitting your plan around your schedule.

How much does remote programming cost compared to in-person?

Remote Performance Programming is roughly half the monthly investment of in-person care. It's designed as an appropriately-sized solution for athletes with less severe needs or those who simply can't make the drive regularly. The value comes from consistency and clinician access, not the commute.

Can I transition from remote to in-person if I need to?

Yes. If your issue develops to the point where you need hands-on care, we'll make the transition seamless. Many established Caliber patients move between in-person and remote based on where they are in their training cycle or how they're feeling. We figure out what you need as it changes.
