Performance Physical Therapy in Georgetown, TX

Built for Athletes. Not for Everyone.

We specialize in helping athletes and active adults. No aides, no insurance-driven limits on how long we spend with you. Every session is one-on-one with a licensed DPT who understands the demands of an active lifestyle.

Still Managing the Same Nagging Problem? Here's Why It Keeps Coming Back.

You Got a Sheet of Exercises and Not Much Else

You went to PT. You did the exercises. Nothing really changed. Generic clinics are built for volume, not athletes. When everyone gets the same protocol, nobody gets what they actually need.

You Keep Resting It. It Keeps Coming Back.

Rest works for some things. But if the root cause is still there, the pain comes back when you do. We figure out what's actually going wrong and build from there.

You're Losing Training Time and Still Don't Have Answers

Every week you wait is a week you're not training. And if the issue isn't addressed at the source, next season looks a lot like this one. Let's fix it before it gets worse.

Common Challenges We Solve

Who We Work With and What We Address

We see competitive and recreational athletes across every sport and training style. If it's keeping you from doing the stuff you love, we want to know about it.

Spine and low back pain from lifting, running, or sport

Shoulder pain, rotator cuff injuries, and frozen shoulder

Knee pain, runner's knee, meniscus issues, and IT band problems

Hip pain, impingement, and labral issues

Achilles tendinopathy, plantar fasciitis, and ankle sprains

ACL injury, hamstring strains, and post-surgical rehab needs

Headaches, migraines, TMJ pain, and concussion symptoms

Elbow, wrist, and hand pain from sport or training

How It Works

Three Steps. A Real Plan. No Guessing.

Figure It Out

We start with a thorough evaluation to find the actual root cause of what's going on. Not just where it hurts, but why. That's the foundation everything else is built on.

Calm It Down

We reduce pain fast using manual therapy and hands-on rehab techniques. The goal is to get you back to training as quickly as possible without making things worse.

Build It Back Up

Once the pain is managed, we build resilience so the same issue doesn't keep coming back. Progressive loading, performance testing, and a plan you can take with you.

What Georgetown Athletes Are Saying

Here's what athletes are saying after working with the Caliber team.

Dr Glen was awesome! He was thorough in his evaluation and provided the right level of detail for rehabbing my son’s shoulder injury. After 3 visits, my son regained mobility and strength to pitch. But most important are exercises he learned for injury prevention long term. Dr Glen knows how to work with athletes and help them perform at their best! Would highly recommend!

Dr Fontenelle is the first DR in Texas I have seen that actually listens! He did not share a cookie cutter remedy, but created a custom program and routine to meet my physical rehabilitation goals. I could not be more pleased with his attention to detail and over all professionalism. He truly is committed to your success!
Martin Ellis
I’ve been treated by Dr. Glen for the past several months and it has been incredible! He has not only helped me recover quickly from running-related injuries, but he has been extra-intentional to educate me along the way. I’m stronger, healthier and wiser because of his patience and intentionality. Trust me when I say that Dr. Glen is the best around!

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about sports physical therapy, our cash-based model, and what to expect when you come in.

Is this covered by insurance?

We are cash-based, which means we don't bill insurance directly. You pay out of pocket. We provide superbills so you can submit for potential out-of-network reimbursement through your own plan. HSA and FSA funds are accepted. Many athletes find the investment worthwhile for the level of care they receive.

I've tried PT before and it didn't work. Why would this be different?

Most athletes who tell us that went to a high-volume clinic where they saw a tech more than a doctor and left with a handout. At Caliber, every session is one-on-one with a licensed DPT. We figure out the root cause and build a plan around what your body actually needs.

How long will I need to come in?

It depends on the issue. Some athletes resolve things in a few sessions. Others need longer. We don't put everyone on the same timeline. After your initial evaluation, we'll give you a realistic picture of what to expect and what we're working toward together.

Do I need a referral to come in?

No referral needed. Texas allows direct access to physical therapy, which means you can book a phone consult with us without going through your doctor first. If we think you need imaging or another provider in the loop, we'll tell you.

What should I expect at my first visit?

Your first visit is a full evaluation. We'll talk through your history, watch how you move, identify what's actually causing the problem, and build a plan from there. No assembly line. No generic exercises on day one. Just a clear picture of what's going on and what we're going to do about it.

Still have questions?

Not sure if PT is the right move? Book a consult. We'll give you a straight answer.
