Sports Physical Therapy in Georgetown, TX

Sidelined Is Not a Sentence

Caliber's Sports Physical Therapy is hands-on, one-on-one care for athletes managing a current injury. No aides, no shared time — a licensed DPT works with you every session to find what's actually driving the problem, then builds a plan to get you back to training.

Waiting It Out Doesn't Fix an Injury. It Just Costs You More Training Time.

You've Been Icing It and Hoping

Rest, ice, and hoping it fades on its own can only carry an injury so far. If it's still nagging you weeks later, it's worth having someone actually look at what's going on.

You've Modified Your Training Around It

Skipping certain lifts. Cutting mileage. Avoiding the movement that hurts. These workarounds keep you moving short-term, but they rarely address what's actually causing the problem.

Your Last PT Handed You a Sheet and Sent You Home

A generic list of exercises and a few minutes with an aide isn't a plan. One-on-one time with a licensed DPT who actually digs into the cause looks a lot different.

Common Challenges We Solve

How It Works

Three Steps. A Real Plan. No Guessing.

Figure It Out

We start with a thorough evaluation to find the actual root cause of what's going on. Not just where it hurts, but why. That's the foundation everything else is built on.

Calm It Down

We reduce pain fast using manual therapy and hands-on rehab techniques. The goal is to get you back to training as quickly as possible without making things worse.

Build It Back Up

Once the pain is managed, we build resilience so the same issue doesn't keep coming back. Progressive loading, performance testing, and a plan you can take with you.

From Athletes Who Got Their Training Back

What patients say after starting Sports Physical Therapy at Caliber.

Dr Glen was awesome! He was thorough in his evaluation and provided the right level of detail for rehabbing my son’s shoulder injury. After 3 visits, my son regained mobility and strength to pitch. But most important are exercises he learned for injury prevention long term. Dr Glen knows how to work with athletes and help them perform at their best! Would highly recommend!

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about Sports Physical Therapy, what to expect, and how it's different from PT you've tried before.

Do I Need a Referral to Start Sports Physical Therapy?

No referral is required. As a cash-based clinic, you can schedule directly with us. Start with a phone consult, and we'll walk through what's going on and whether Sports Physical Therapy is the right starting point for your injury.

What Makes This Different From PT I've Tried Before?

Every session is one-on-one with a licensed DPT, not split between patients or handed off to an aide. We look for what's actually driving the injury, then build a real plan around it instead of a generic sheet of exercises.

Do You Take Insurance?

We're a cash-based practice, so insurance isn't required. You pay directly for full one-on-one time with a licensed DPT, and we can provide superbills after each visit for possible reimbursement through your out-of-network benefits.

How Long Until I'm Back to Full Training?

It depends on the injury and how long it's been going on. After your evaluation, we'll give you a straight answer and a plan with stages, not a guess. Most athletes notice progress within the first few sessions.

Can I Keep Training While I'm in Sports Physical Therapy?

Often, yes. Part of building your plan is figuring out what you can safely keep doing and what needs to change for now. The goal is to keep you moving toward your sport, not shut your training down completely.
